AVAMYS NASAL SPRAY contains Fluticasone. It belongs to the class of medications called corticosteroids. It is used to treat seasonal and perennial (year-round) allergic rhinitis in people 2 years of age and older.
Avamys nasal spray helps to reduce the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis such as stuffy, runny, or itchy nose; sneezing; and red, itchy, or watery eyes. This medication may start to work 8 to 24 hours after the first dose, but it may take several days to reach its full effect.
AVAMYS works to decrease inflammation caused by allergy (rhinitis).
