Uperio 100mg belongs to a new class of drugs called neprilysin inhibitors and angiotensin receptor blockers (ARNIs). Accordingly, the drug Uperio consists of two ingredients, sacubitril and valsartan, which have special effects for people with heart failure, improving the heart’s ability to pump blood around the body.
Uperio is indicated for the treatment of chronic heart failure in adults. This condition occurs when the heart’s contractile function is weakened and it cannot pump enough blood to the lungs and the rest of the body. The most common symptoms of heart failure are shortness of breath, fatigue, decreased exercise capacity, and swollen ankles.
